- All cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a $40 cancellation fee.
- All cancellations within 2 hours prior will be charged 50% of the booking amount.
- AlI ‘no shows’ will be charged 50% of the booking amount.

If you would prefer your stylist to not talk please add a note ‘silent appointment’ to your booking. We will not be offended and understand you may need quiet time.
