The Florence Society and The Brow Studio provides hairdressing and related beauty services. Services must be booked in advance via our Website, phone, or in person.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
• We require at least 48 hours for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will be charged a $40 fee. Late cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of your booked appointment. All no-shows will be charged 50% of your missed appointment amount. No future appointments can be made until paid.
• If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All prices for services and products are listed on our Website and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit card, debit card, cash and ZIP.
• Gift vouchers and promotions may have specific terms and expiration dates.

4. Refunds and Returns

• Service fees are non-refundable, but we may offer corrections within 7 days if you are dissatisfied.
• No products can be returned once purchased.

5. Client Conduct

• We maintain a respectful and professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
